Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right, our return and refund process is simple and transparent.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made products are also excluded from returns unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Providing photos of the issue will help us resolve the matter quickly. Approved cases will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to customs, local carriers, or peak shipping periods. If your package is significantly delayed or confirmed lost, we will investigate with the carrier. In cases where a package cannot be recovered, you will receive a full refund.

Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages

Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected at a pickup point, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. Packages that remain unclaimed for more than 3 weeks may be disposed of without refund.
